Stall personnel should keep a wastecollector and strictly refrain from littering around thecampus.
Use of non-biodegradable plastic plates, spoons or other accessories is strictly prohibited.
Banners and/or any other stall requirements (i.e., microwave oven, mixergrinder,etc.) for different stalls areto betaken care of by respectivestall
owners. The University would not be providing thesame.
Students of Birla Global University and other institutions arerequired to
carry theircollegeID and registration payment receipt. Other stall holders are
required to carry a valid ID proof and their registration payment receipt.
Coupons will beissued for sale and purchase at various stalls. No cash or
bank transactions should becarried out in individual stalls.
Stall holders must submit theircoupons at thecoupon counterevery day for
proper maintenance of daily sales records.
Stall holders arerequired to sharetheir bank account details for the deposit
of thecorresponding amount on sales. The amount shall becredited directly
to provided bank accounts within four working days.
In theevent of any illegalconduct by stall holder(s), the University reserves
theright to removeconcerned stall from the Carnival.
In theevent of withdrawal of a stall, theentireregistration fee would be
refunded to thestall owner. However, if the withdrawal is intimated 24 hours
(or less) prior to the date of the Carnival, i.e., 22nd February 2024, 25% of the
registration fee would be deducted from thesame. If thecancelation is
intimated on the day of the Carnival, i.e., 22nd February 2024, no refund will
be made.
